Need help finding your account info?

Finding the info to transfer your number can be tricky. Here's a handy guide to help you locate your account information to free your number.

AT&T

  • The AT&T number you'd like to transfer

  • The account holder’s name

  • Your AT&T wireless account number

  • Your account number can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your AT&T Wireless bill or after logging into your AT&T Wireless online account, select "Profile", then "Sign-in Info", then scroll to "My linked accounts."

  • Your AT&T PIN

    AT&T requires you to request a Number Transfer PIN. To request a PIN, call *PORT from your AT&T mobile device and follow the prompts, or log into your AT&T Wireless online account, select "People & Permissions", select "Wireless" then scroll to "Transfer phone number" and select "Request a new PIN". If you have any issues, contact AT&T support for assistance.

T Mobile

  • The AT&T Prepaid number you’d like to transfer

  • The account holder’s name

  • Your AT&T Prepaid account number

  • Your AT&T PIN

    • In case you don’t have a pin number you can create a new one. Log into your AT&T PREPAID account, choose “Forget PIN/Password,” & enter your number. Afterwards, select “Request 4-Digit PIN,” then “Send PIN / Password.” On the screen, enter the information you got from the text and select “Continue” to create a new PIN.

Sprint

  • The Boost number you’d like to transfer

  • The account holder’s name

  • Your Boost account number

  • Your Boost PIN number

  • It's your Boost Personal Security PIN

T Mobile

  • The Consumer Cellular number you’d like to transfer

  • The account holder’s name

  • Your Consumer Cellular account number

    • You can find it in your Consumer Cellular online account or by contacting Consumer Cellular at 888-345-5509 for assistance.

  • Your Consumer Cellular PIN number

    • It might be the last four digits of your SSN; Or, use “0000” (without the quotation marks).

T Mobile

  • The Cricket number you’d like to transfer

  • The account holder’s name

  • Your Cricket account number

    • Go to “Account Settings” on your online Cricket account or, contact Cricket at 800-274-2538 for assistance.

  • Your Cricket PIN number

    • Use the Authorization ID (“AID”) that you set up with your online Cricket account. (You use it to make changes to your account.)

T Mobile

  • The Google Fi number you’d like to transfer

  • The account holder’s name

  • Your Google Fi account number

    • Log in to your Google Fi account, go to “Manage plan,” then select “Leave Google Fi.” Or contact Google Fi at 844-825-5234.

  • Your Google Fi PIN number

    Log in to your Google Fi account, go to “Manage plan,” then select “Leave Google Fi.”

    T Mobile

    • The Google Voice number you’d like to transfer

    • The account holder’s name

    • Your Google Voice account number

      • This is simply your 10-digit Google Voice phone number.

    • Your Google Voice PIN number

      • This is the same number that you use to manage voicemail.

    *Note: Google Voice numbers are treated a little differently and may take longer than usual to transfer.

    T Mobile

    Sprint

    • The Sprint number you'd like to transfer

    • The account holder’s name

    • Your Sprint account number (usually a 9-digit number)

    • Your Sprint PIN/passcode (usually a 6- to 10-digit number)

      After logging into your online Sprint account, go to “Profile & Settings.”

    If you’re having trouble finding this information, check your last bill or contact Sprint support

    T Mobile

    • The Straight Talk number you’d like to transfer.

    • The account holder’s name.

    • Your Straight Talk account number

      • It’s your phone’s MEID or IMEI. If you are using a BYOP SIM card, it’s the last 15 digits of your SIM number. Or contact Straight Talk at 877-430-2355 for assistance.

    • Your Straight Talk PIN number

      • Log into your Straight Talk My Account page, go to “Update personal profile,” then “Current security PIN.” Set up a PIN here if you don’t have one.

    T Mobile

    • The T-Mobile number you'd like to transfer

    • The account holder’s name.

    • Your T-Mobile account number.

      • A postpaid account number is usually a 9 digit number but can be 9, 11, 12 or 15 digits.

      • A prepaid account number is your 11 digit phone number (1+ area code + number).

    If you can't find this information, check your last bill or contact T-Mobile support.

    T Mobile

    • The US Cellular number you’d like to transfer

    • The account holder’s name

    • Your US Cellular account number

    • Your US Cellular PIN number

    Verizon

    • The Verizon number you'd like to transfer

    • The account holder’s name

    • Your Verizon account number. Usually a 10-digit number formatted as 0000000000

    • The 6 digits of your Number Transfer PIN

    If you have trouble finding this information, sign in to your Verizon account or contact Verizon support.

    T Mobile

    • The Visible number you’d like to transfer

    • The account holder’s name

    • Your Visible account number

      • After logging into your Visible account, go to the Account section (it’s the “Profile” tab if you’re on a desktop).

    • Your Visible PIN number

      • After logging into your Visible account, go to the Account section (it’s the “Profile” tab if you’re on a desktop).

      • If you haven’t changed the email associated with your Visible account in the last 30 days, then click on “Request via email” to receive your PIN by email.

      • If you have changed the email associated with your Visible account in the last 30 days, then click on “Request via chat.”

    Transferring from another carrier?
    The information needed varies by carrier, but in most cases you can find it on your bill and you’ll need:

    • The phone number you'd like to transfer

    • Name of the account owner

    • Account number from your current carrier

    • Account PIN or passcode. Some carriers require this information to verify that you own the number. We’ll use this info for the transfer only. We won’t store or use it for any other purpose.

    • The account holder's social security number

    • Billing address of the account owner
